"Clear pricing all the way through"
I booked my hotel through trip.com, the price they showed me at the beginning was the same price I ended up paying at checkout.
That’s kind of my standard when booking anything online, but it surprisingly doesn’t always happen. There were no random last-minute fees, and the taxes and charges were easy to spot before I paid.

I’ve had some annoying surprises on other travel sites before, so this was a much better experience. Simple booking, clear pricing, and no stress. 5 stars from me.

"Late-night name issue got sorted"
I booked flights for my family from Germany to Thailand through trip and then noticed a name issue around midnight, which made me panic. At first I kind of assumed I’d be pushed around or told to pay extra somehow, because that’s usually how these things seem to go. But their chat support replied really quickly and helped contact the airline for me. There was some waiting involved, but they kept updating me instead of just disappearing. By the next morning, the ticket was fixed. Really saved me a lot of stress. I’d use them again for international trips.

"Pretty good support experience overall"
I had a small issue with my hotel booking on trip and ended up contacting their support. I was actually sitting with a coffee trying to sort out my plans for the next morning, so I was hoping it wouldn’t turn into a whole thing. There was a bit of waiting at the start, which was a little annoying, but once I got connected, the agent was really nice and got the problem fixed quickly. Overall, it felt like they actually cared and weren’t just rushing me off the chat. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Schedule change handled better than expected"
I booked my flight through trip.com and then the airline changed the schedule, which was a bit annoying at first. trip.com did send the update quickly though, and the new option was easy to understand. I did have to wait around a little to get everything confirmed, which wasn’t ideal, but it wasn’t a huge deal in the end. Everything got sorted without much stress, and their coordination with the airline was better than I expected. Not perfect, but still a solid experience overall. 4 stars from me

I’ve used Trip.com a few times now for both flights and hotels, it’s been really smooth so far. The booking confirmations came through quickly, and everything matched up when I got to the airport or hotel.

I really like having all the details in the app, because it makes it easy to double-check stuff without digging through emails. So far, I haven’t had any weird surprises, which is pretty much what I want when I’m booking travel.
I did have to contact support once about a time change, and they got back to me faster than I expected. Overall, it’s been a really simple and reliable option for me.

I booked my hotel through Trip.com and the confirmation came in pretty much right away. I was kinda worried cause I needed it fast for my trip, but it was all sorted in just a few minutes. Checking the details was easy too. No issues for me, it worked like it supposed to

"Pretty smooth hotel booking"
Booked a hotel through trip and it went smooth. When I got there, the reservation was already in the system, and my dates, room type, and name all matched up, so check in was no stress at all. Only little thing was the confirmation email took a bit longer than I expected to come through. Other than that, good experince.

“THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS PURE AND SIMPLE. THEIR WHOLE SERVICE MODEL IS JUST BASED AROUND LIES. IT TOOK 374 MESSAGES, 167 PHONE CALLS AND FINALLY LEGAL ACTION FOR ME TO OBTAIN A REFUND AFTER AN AIRLINE CANCELLED MY FLIGHT.”

I did not receive hotel confirmation number till now after 3 days from booking
