"I'll use Trip.com again"
I booked a room... was giving information. Canceled before the last, free cancel date, on line. Had the full refund back in my bank account the next day. I will use Trip.com again.

“THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS PURE AND SIMPLE. THEIR WHOLE SERVICE MODEL IS JUST BASED AROUND LIES. IT TOOK 374 MESSAGES, 167 PHONE CALLS AND FINALLY LEGAL ACTION FOR ME TO OBTAIN A REFUND AFTER AN AIRLINE CANCELLED MY FLIGHT.”
